ProPath has an interactive employee appreciation week.
- We offer professional courtesy to all team members on our medical plan. All biopsies/blood work performed by ProPath is free to employees.
- We have chiropractic physical therapists on site multiple times throughout the year.
- Each year ProPath offers free flu shots for the team.
- ProPath created career paths for positions that show team members how to move up in the organization.
- Free educational “DocTalks” seminars for team members by our physicians.
- Free on-site financial wellness seminar for employees.
- Where possible, we allow employees to work remotely, keeping them safe while saving transportation costs, reducing environmental impact, and adding back valuable personal time.
Environmental
- Installed overhead lighting with occupancy sensors at our headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
- Discontinued the purchase of plasticware.
- Switched to compostable dinner plates.
- Increased the number of recycling bins on site.
Electric Charging Stations
Added two free electric car charging stations in the Dallas headquarters parking lot.
